[TableListView] Add actions to table rows

As part of the UX improvement of the <TableListView /> component we want to add a list of action to the table.

For the dashboard list the actions that we want to enable are

• Open in edit mode
• Details (opens a details flyout in either view or edit mode according to the user privileges)
• Duplicate
• Share
• Tag
• Delete

To be investigated

We need to investigate further if there is a way to expose common saved objects functionalities (duplicate, share, delete) from within the reusable TableListView component instead of requiring every consumer to implement the logic.
