[Discover] Exiting fullscreen is confusing

Describe the bug:
There are two issues in this report, but I believe they are small enough that each doesn't require a separate issue.

First, when navigating from documents table to fullscreen, if sorting is changed in fullscreen, the back button will lead to a previous sorting state, not back to Discover main.

Second, when navigating back, we will end up in "Field statistics", not "Documents". Both visible from the GIF below:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Discover
2. Have some documents selected
3. Navigate to fullscreen
4. Change sorting order
5. Click the back button in browser => leads to previous sorting state
6. Click back again => end up in "Field statistics"

This is needs elastic/eui#4393 to be implemented because when you're using the back button in Discover the previous state is restored, so in case you changed sorting in the fullscreen using back restores the previous sorting.

Closing this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
