The Elasticsearch documentation was updated in [DOCS] Update install instructions for Debian/Ubuntu to move away from apt-key since it will be removed in new releases of Ubuntu and Debian. However, the Kibana docs (deb.asciidoc) weren't updated to match.

Additionally, if docs: chmod Elasticsearch PGP after importing is merged, the Kibana docs should be updated accordingly.
