[Lens] Sync bounds of left and right y axis

In some cases it's beneficial to sync the y axes of a Lens xy chart to use the same bounds. This is already possible for static bounds by configuring them twice but it's not possible for dynamic modes like "auto" and "data bounds".

By providing an additional setting "Sync axes" below the bounds configuration, the user can easily make sure both axes are shown at the same scale.

A use case for this is to have two series in an unstacked bar chart - in this situation the left and right axis label can replace the legend (green is first series, blue is second series):
