Set/change color palette across an entire dashboard

It's easy to end up with a dashboard resembling the color palette of a circus. In certain cases, the color palette for a given visualization is intentional (e.g. health-based red/yellow/green). In yet other cases, you might want to change the color palette out of personal preference or, more importantly, for accessibility reasons. In either case, it would a nice enhancement to allow people to set a color palette across a dashboard (with the possibility of excluding certain panels, perhaps) in order to meet their needs.

Assumptions

• This has not been verified, but perhaps this gets implemented at the Lens editor level and would only therefore apply to Lens-based visualizations?
• As I write this out, it might be nice to apply this at a panel level - for starters - without leaving the dashboard. Perhaps that is an MVP option - adding a palette selector to a panel.

Closing for now in an attempt to clean up our backlog - I know there are already initiatives around improving the colour palette on the Lens/Vis side, and so any action items for the Presentation team are pretty far into the future 👍
