Kibana version: >= 8.0
Summary: The Stack Monitoring UI should change APM & Fleet Server to Integrations Server when running on cloud.

From 8.0 on, APM & Fleet Server is renamed to Integrations Server on new Cloud deployments. While upgraded deployments keep showing the current UI with APM & Fleet Server for now, the stack monitoring should be adapted to the new default.

The change should be applied to the Stack Monitoring overview page:

and the APM & Fleet Server section of the details pages (Overview and Instances):

The APM Server - Metrics sections stays unchanged, it is only reflecting metrics for APM and not the whole Integrations Server.
