The Markdown Visualization is nice to have text in dashboards but I'd love it to autoupdate. It would be nice if I neednt push the update button bevor saving. Especiallly when I just use it to create a header of sorts.

We do currently provide this functionality in the TSVB Markdown component. The TSVB markdown also has many useful features like a customizable background color etc.

TSVB Markdown

An inline markdown system will be added to dashboards in the future, which will likely be a WYSIWYG editing experience, so will not require you to apply changes, or leave the dashboard context. You can track that project here
