[Security Solution] The pagination bar of the Timeline is unclear and needs some FE cleanup

The pagination / rows bar has some funky usability issues.

• Without tooltips it is very unclear what it represents. Suggest using descriptive text.
• The hitzones are pretty hard to hit because the only clickable area is a button that is nested within a badge

Suggestion

Use EUI pagination controls and put the number of results at the top of the table.
