We should allow verbose descriptions to be saved with data views.

Ideas for where they might be displayed

  • data view list within apps
  • data view management list

@mattkime Is the scope of this issue just to allow a user to provide a verbose description? Do we need visual design for this, or do you have a mockup in mind already?
