Steady stream of pop-ups cover the right portion of the screen

I would like the ability to clear and turn off the pop-ups that cover the right-side of the screen. The pop-ups have the same message over and over again.

Click a check box - do not show this message again or better - have a small exclamation point, I can click on and review the error. In most cases, I am unaffected by the message except that it gets in the way and slows me down.
