User is directed to incorrect URL when navigated from Security Overview > 'add data' link.

1. 7.16 BC1 Kibana cloud-qa environment should be available.

2. Any user or default policy should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

• Login to Kibana with superuser.
• Navigate to Security tab page.
• Click on Link "Add data" in right top corner of page.
• Observe, URL to which user is directed.

NOTE: Even when navigated from this Add integration button, user is not directed to Endpoint security page as per URL.

EXPECTED Result: User should be navigated to Endpoint security overview page instead of Browse integrations page.

The new data flow will take us to the integrations page filtered by "Security". I'm going to close this one, let me know if you have other questions and we can discuss further.
