Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable deprecation logs on the Overview page. Note the step is marked as "success".
  2. Disable deprecation logs. Note the logs step is still marked as "success".
  3. Refresh the page. Note the logs step is now "incomplete".

Expected behavior:
I think if deprecation logs are disabled, the step should always be marked as "incomplete".
