We have been utilizing the configured index name as a prefix in many cases. This should be communicated in the naming of the configuration key.

With the changes to move to an ES plugin, we might want to define a name for the Kibana cluster(?) for which we can use to isolate the indices behind the scenes. The ES api would be something like _kibana/{name}/*
