[DOCS] Updated documentation for view/edit mode

For 5.4, we are adding view / edit mode to Kibana but we have not made the appropriate updates to the documentation. I was not able to see any modifications in View/edit modes for dashboard (#10585).

@stacey-gammon would you mind updating with the adjustments to the dashboard workflows? Building a dashboard will likely need changes but please update anywhere else that seems appropriate.
