[APM] Create and manage alerts for multiple services

It would be nice if we could create and manage alerts for multiple services (but not every service). At the moment, you can either create an alert for all services or for just one service. (see https://discuss.elastic.co/t/add-and-manage-apm-alert-for-multiple-services/278178)

Could you add the option to create an alert for all services starting with "xyz*"? I.e. via "service.name:xyz*"

This is an important feature for any customer that has many applications (say, hundreds or thousands) that needs to keep rules down to a manageable number. It is needed by customers today.
