as we know, kibana_ui_framework migrated from an individual repo into kibana, but online github page is not migrated, please add one

Hi there, thanks for bringing this up! We're planning on adding docs to our main elastic.co site. Please track #9457 for progress.

BTW, in the meantime you can keep a local clone of the repo and run npm run uiFramework:start from the command line to see the docs locally at localhost:8020.
