Version field type is unsupported

Elasticsearch version: 7.13.2

Server OS version: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

Browser version: Google Chrome 91.0.4472.101

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): apt

Describe the bug:
The version field type is unsupported in Kibana, despite being supported in the main branch of Elasticsearch for some time. See this issue from 3 months ago.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a version field mapping in the index
2. Index a document
3. Open Kibana and go to the discover page
4. Expand the document and observe the field type

Expected behavior:
The version field type should be supported, and it should work in aggregations.
