Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
Short URLs that are generated via the "share" UI are expanded when they are opened. They thus trigger the URL length limitations in Edge.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a Dashboard with a handful of visuals (something that generates a long URL).
  2. Click on the "Share" button.
  3. In "Share Snapshot" -> "Link" click on the "Short Url" hyperlink.
  4. Copy the short url.
  5. Paste it in an Edge browser window and press Enter.

Errors in browser console (if relevant):
None that I can tell. The Edge debugger freaks out during the repro.
