[O11y][CEPH] Missing metric_type in fields.yml file

In the CEPH, metric_type is missing for ceph.osd_tree.depth and ceph.osd_tree.reweight fields in the package.

@lalit-satapathy In the Ceph, all the data streams are using httpjson input, and all the metrics are getting collected in the logs-* index. TSDB is only getting enabled on metrics-* index as of now. So for packages in which metrics are getting stored in logs-*, we are not sure what should be the way forward.
