[Enhancement] Select all rows, Select all column, Select all cells widget #1226

In rollups we came across a need to select / deselect one of the following:

  1. All cells in a row (all the metrics per field)
  2. All cells in a columns (avg for all fields)
  3. All cells in all rows (all metrics for all fields)
    The attached mockup demonstrate the idea
    image

Would be nice if some of this mechanism will be generalised in EUI table

I think the only thing we need from EUI to fulfill this feature is the ability to provide nodes as table headers (#1002). Once we have this we can put a checkbox in the header which will select the column below it. Given that this requirement is captured in another issue, can we close this one @yaronp68 ?

Now that nodes are allowed in table headers (#1234), I am closing this one out. If there needs to be more specific support, feel free to re-open with more information.
