ObjectParser should throw XContentParseExceptions, not IAE. A dedicated parsing exception can includes the place where the error occurred. Closes elastic#30605

ObjectParser should throw XContentParseExceptions, not IAE. A dedicated parsing exception can includes the place where the error occurred. Closes #30605
