This commit reduces the Linux CLI scripts to one-liners by moving all of the redundant logic to an elasticsearch-cli script. This commit is only the Linux side, a follow-up will do this for Windows too.

This commit reduces the Linux CLI scripts to one-liners by moving all of the redundant logic to an elasticsearch-cli script. This commit is only the Linux side, a follow-up will do this for Windows too.
