Describe the enhancement: This is a feature enhancement request to be able to run the awss3 input integration test against Localstack.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature: The awss3 input testing is currently running against real AWS resources but running against local docker run emulated aws env for testing shall provide lot of flexibility and test coverage can be increased.
