When CF metricbeat module is installed, relevant dashboards are auto-installed

Describe the enhancement:
There are few really useful dashboards that we, as of 7.9, install manually and we'd like to include them by default so customers could use it in a self service manner.
Few examples:

• PCF KPIs dashboards
• PCF healthwatch SLI based dashboards
• Dashboard showing log throughput of different apps that can be used to identify noisy apps
• If possible, the app developer dashboard that shows key HTTP and Container metrics for app and logs in contextual view.
