Beats need to be tested with OSS and NON OSS version of the Elastic Stack

We currently test the stack with only the non-OSS release of the Stack, as we build more feature that actually depends on NON-OSS we need to make sure that the OSS works with the OSS Release and the non-OSS version depends on the non-OSS release.

We also need to make sure that a NON-OSS release connected to an OSS cluster return the appropriate errors or messages.
