I have a camera configured in blueiris that detects movement both video and audio. everything works perfectly in the software, but in homeassistant sometimes, irregularly, the motion detection remains blocked as being detected. I tried restarting blueiris, without effect. The only thing that fixes the error is restarting the blueiris integration, or even restarting homeassistant. I tried to look for scripts that can, through automation, strictly restart the blue iris integration, but I didn't find anything that would work.
Those big yellow lines in the screenshot are all errors. Sometimes they go away after a few minutes/ hours, but sometimes i need to restart blueiris integration to repair it.

Have you ensured the 'on reset' message is being sent from BI at those times?

I didn t check . It could be a blueiris error not sending 'on reset ' mqtt message ? But it works well most of the time. It s wierd.

It could be. We just need to start at the source and start checking things off to narrow it down.

I would try to use a mqtt logger on another PC and see if bi send 'on reset' messages

I ve tested that idea. Bi is sending off comand , but homeassistant dosent turn of the entity. Screenshot_20241019-131601704.jpg

You can see in the picture that motion was detected between 10:59 to 11:49
And here is the proof that bi had sent mqtt comands IMG-20241019-WA0034.jpg
