What feature/behavior/change do you want?

Currently official eksctl documentation here says, that karpenter section requires OIDC.
I 'd like to porpose to make it possible to use Pod Identity instead.

Why do you want this feature?

As users move to Pod Identity , it doesn't make sense to just configure OIDC for Karpenter. Karpenter installation docs itself states , that Pod Identity is now supported.
