Removing Nested Project Filter removes the Original Project Filter

Using the DINAA dataset (with the "DINAA Project" selected as the Open Context Project), if you select one or more of the state site file projects in the 'Project' filter, then attempt to remove those state site files filters, you will also remove the selection of the "DINAA Project Filter" and will be returned to the Open Context all projects view.
