I use yarn version 1.3.2 and I get below error with this version
I saw folder node and I saw the path run yarn changed to "node\yarn\yarn-v1.3.2"
Failed to run task: 'yarn install' failed. java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "H:\Workspace\WNode\net\node\yarn\dist\bin\yarn.cmd"
Please fix this problem.

According #647 it should be fixed, but I have the same issue, that this plugin is unable to execute yarn > 1.0.0.
