Getting error while running gleason_score_finetune.py #4

I am trying to run this file (gleason_score_finetune.py) but getting the following error:
ValueError: Error when checking target: expected output to have shape (None, 4) but got array with shape (30, 3)
Please help me solving this error..I will really appreciate
