Migrate from rollup-plugin-typescript2 to rollup-plugin-ts. This would be a breaking change.

Reasons to switch

allow bili to support TypeScript out of the box (no need to manually install a plugin)
better integration with Babel
support for custom TypeScript AST transformers

Possible issues

feat: allow to opt-out of default babel plugins and presets wessberg/rollup-plugin-ts#41
