Provide All available Properties in ListFileOrFOlderResponse - EgnyteClient

The EgnyteClient.Files.ListFileOrFolder method returns the ListFileOrFolderResponse model, but it does not return all pairs available according to the API documentation.

Primarily the one this issue is after is "parent_id" for much easier navigation. This property is missing from the top-level Folder as well as the "folders" array.
