hey, @nihaux, all the source && plugin README is english-first.

the only missing doc is the guide document at eggjs.org, it is still working in progress.

now you can take a look at https://github.com/eggjs/egg/tree/master/docs/source/en

btw, as mention at #354, from now on, all discussion at issues will use english.
