Can conb cell be used for post-implementation customization? #26

If I want to introduce a post-implementation customizability to my design, by changing some bit values, can conb cell be used for that?

E.g. I can change a net connecting to LO to HI (or vice versa), for some if the conb instances, in a post-implementation netlist?

Are there any other alternatives for post-implementation customizability as described above?
