Describe the bug
Recent versions of IntelliJ (2020.3 or newer) wrap the ProcessingEnvironment object in a proxy, which causes errors to be thrown during compilation for any project using AndHow.

To Reproduce
Try to build or use AndHow in a IntelliJ 2020.3
