When using AndHow, compiler warns there is no JDK version for the Annotation Processor #469

More info is needed - This has been happening for a while and just decided to log it as an issue.

It looks like this was just missing the supported version annotation or method. I added the method version of this so that I could make it dynamically return the current version of the JDK (rather than hardcode a version).
