Rst2html is in the python3-docutils package

Check that pypi can understand the long description

python setup.py --long-description | rst2html > test.html

Create a release tag:

$ cd ~/tmp
$ git clone https://github.com/eea/odfpy.git
$ cd odfpy

Run the automated tests:

Install `tox` via `pip` when running the tests for the first time:

$ pip install tox

Run the tests for all supported python versions:

$ tox

Remove the "dev" marker from the version in setup.py and odf/namespaces.py

$ vi setup.py odf/namespaces.py

~check in the difference locally~

$ git ci -a
$ git tag -a release-1.3.X -m "Tagging the 1.3.X release of the 'odfpy' project."
$ git push origin release-1.3.X
or:
$ git push origin --tags

$ python setup.py build
$ rm tests/odf
$ python setup.py sdist bdist_egg
$ python setup.py sdist bdist_egg upload

Increment the version number and add the "dev" marker.

$ vi setup.py odf/namespaces.py

Check in changes and push them to origin

$ git commit -a
$ git push
