Add confirmation Popup to delete Buttons #1027

There are already buttons with popups attached to them. Their popup can be reused for those buttons, that are still missing the confirmation.

The component to use for the deletion confirmation is the following:
frontend-nx/apps/edu-hub/components/common/dialogs/AlertMessageDialog.tsx
