the background incident

i really want to make this background work but there's several issues that I'm dealing with:

1. when the window is maximized/fullscreened, it's a bit way too overwhelming in size.
2. position of background is being overcomplicated when dealing with star-canvas position.
3. mobile compatibility has improved.... kinda. It's in a way better state than it was in the previous deployment, but still needs a lot of work to make it reflect how the desktop version displays the webpage. This will have to wait until I revamp the background itself before I attempt any more fixes.
