This feature request is for... Device Services

Description [REQUIRED]

The device SDKs include a facility whereby definitions of device profiles, devices and provision watchers provided in files (JSON, YAML) may be uploaded to core-metadata when the device service starts. This should be described in the documentation.
Document should highlight that 1) once a device/profile/watcher has been added in metadata, changes to the file describing it will not cause the object to be updated, 2) more flexible facilities are available via the UI
