When setting up a custom domain, your recommend certification process includes this warning:

This command must be run in the US East (N. Virginia) (us-east-1). See AWS documentation for more details.
Does this mean that all the AWS resources for the project should live in region us-east-1 (presumably by adding this value to the aws_region key in zappa_setting.json? If not, how do we run this command within that region?
