Add notes how to run python on Win where applicable
Move README from queries to the bigger caseologue_python README
Add shallow clone (6MB instead of 134MB), and highlight all code blocks and folders
Add a note about how it works with the non-SPARQL tests, point to the spelling_check example
Any other refinements?
