Padeldescriptor fails to return descriptors for .smi file #40

Padeldescriptor output file is an empty .CSV file with all the requested fingerprints Columns left blank(no rows).

My code is :
padeldescriptor (mol_dir='molecule.smi', d_file= 'output.csv')
