SolvingMicroDSOPs Source of truth?

The item on my GitHub page is basically a little-changed version of the lecture notes that I compiled on the broad topic of Solving Micro DSOPs. What is in HARK/REMARK is an implementation of the very last example in those notes. It is unfortunate that the material in HARK was not called something like "LifeCycle-IndirectInference". Actually, I'd advocate renaming everything now called "SolvingMicroDSOPs" to something else (am not stuck on "LifeCycle-IndirectInference" which is a bit long winded but at least clear.
