Update the E2E Exchange Guide in the Tractus-X Website

@dvg36 @JohannesARENA2036 after #155 there's also documentation for the E2E Adopter Journey Data Exchange available in the umbrella repo, see here, I suggest to link to umbrella documentation as much as possible, to not maintain the documentation for the E2E Adopter Journey in multiple places.

Umbrella Sync status: PR eclipse-tractusx/eclipse-tractusx.github.io#1097 needs to get adjusted to essentially forward to the umbrella repository @stephanbcbauer

Feedback from the 3rd Community Days:

• more information about how to adjust the etc hosts file, apparently the information here isn't sufficient
• the resolver configuration on Linux isn't always working, please test it again and adjust @dvg36, putting the systemd-resolved way as first option would already make it more intuitive, as the three ways are alternatives and check the base documentation from minikube https://minikube.sigs.k8s.io/docs/handbook/addons/ingress-dns
• @dvg36 could you please integrate the feedback from Moises and Sri and raise a PR? @kss682 @Moiso

General information: constantly check with minikube dns setup information as the that is also sometime updates

I asked Sri to find out why the resolver config isn't working properly. It seems that changes to etc/hosts are the best solution. But we are working on it. The feedback to iatp-mock should be already integrated.

I'm trying to make January 23 possible
