Data Exchange Usage

This guide provides instructions for using the Data Exchange subset of the Umbrella Chart.

Overview

The Data Exchange subset enables secure and efficient data sharing between participants in the Catena-X ecosystem. It includes components such as Data Providers, Data Consumers, and supporting services.

Involved Components

The following components are part of the Data Exchange subset:

  • Data Provider: Manages data sharing capabilities for a participant.
  • Data Consumer: Enables participants to request and consume data from providers.
  • pgAdmin4: Provides database management functionality for underlying services.

Notes

  • Ensure all components are running and DNS resolution is correctly configured for the *.tx.test domains.
  • Refer to the Cluster Setup Guide if there are issues with service connectivity.
