Full Name is Not Displaying on Identity Provider configuration Page

Expected Behaviour
Full name should be displayed on Identity Provider configuration Page

Steps To Reproduce
1.Login to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/idpManagement
2.Click on Add identity provider
3.Enter Display Name and select identity provider Type
4.Click on Create IDP entry
5.Observe the Name

I checked the issue locally, can create an idp with the name Ramireddy Gopalreddy Ramireddy and the full name is passed to keycloak as well to the database, when requesting the idps after the creation the full name is returned as well.

The issue therefore is in the frontend. Will move it to the frontend repo.
