i tried to reproduce with together with @kunalgaurav-bmw and we do not seem to have the problem.
if the issue persists for you @gopalreddy-bmw please get in a screenshare session with @kunalgaurav-bmw

1.Login to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/companySubscriptions
2.Click on Unsubscribe
3.Click on details
4.Click on back button and observe the status.
