Status is Showing incorrect in Company Subscription Page

Current Behaviour
Subscription status is not updating in Company subscription page.

Subscription status is should updated in Company subscription page.

Steps To Reproduce
1.Login to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/companySubscriptions
2.Click on Unsubscribe
3.Click on details
4.Click on back button and observe the status.

i tried to reproduce with together with @kunalgaurav-bmw and we do not seem to have the problem.
if the issue persists for you @gopalreddy-bmw please get in a screenshare session with @kunalgaurav-bmw
