Table Component Message

Current Behavior

At the moment we are displaying hard coded message in case of either no data for to shown in Table component or if we don't have any search data based on search text.

Expected Behavior

We need to display two different messages based on condition for no data or no data for search results in both DE and EN languages respectively.

Steps To Reproduce

• Login to Portal App.
• Navigate to the Technical user management.
• Search for data that doesn't exist (No search data case).
• View the table when no data is present (Empty Table case).
