Wrong api is called to download documents during app registration process

Current Behavior

• wrong api is called in the registration process of an app

Expected Behavior

• if i click on the documents i want to call the GET: /api/apps/{appId}/appDocuments/{documentId}

Steps To Reproduce

1. open an app configuration
2. navigate to the form where you can upload a document
3. try to download the document
